Write to the house.

One form for the house. The British Saltbox is a trading name of Ocanom Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16963342. Registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Parcels are packed in London. That office is the registered office, not a studio.

What to write about

A correction to an origin, a tasting note, or a line on The Salt. If a published source has been misread, say so. We would rather amend the page than defend a sentence.

Trade and press: the list is short, and we answer as the people who taste it. Dining rooms that want a standing order can write with the covers and the kind of cooking. Salt Society questions that are not already on the FAQ belong here too.

The form takes a name, an email, and a note. For what the site keeps, see Privacy.
