What can come back.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may cancel a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods, and send unopened pieces back. Write through the contact form and we will say where to send them. The cost of sending an unopened piece back is yours, unless we sent the wrong piece or a damaged one.

Once a jar, a chunk, or the salt in a box has been opened, it cannot be returned. It is food.

Gold-foil lettering is made to the words you typed. A box made to your specification is not covered by that fourteen-day cancellation once we have started it. The unlettered Classic box is not made to your words.
